Meet our baby! Mr Pickles won’t be coming home for another month and we’ve until then to name him. I kind of don’t hate Mr Pickles! Hubs isn’t so sure but likes it more than my ideas of Tater Tot and Hash Brown. We will see!

So weird. I hadn’t floated that by hubs but that was another idea I’ve considered. My favorite X-Man is Beast. His name is Henry McCoy. I’ve actually toyed with Henry for that reason. Also Miles O’Brien. We named a cat B’Elanna so it’d be another Engineer! Our B’Elanna was dumb as a bag of hair though lol.
Personally, I'm seeing him named 'Cookie'.

Uh, just to be clear, are you aware "Mr. Pickles" is the title of an Adult Swim animated series? Parodying the various "Lassie" series, its titular character is a Border Collie whom the family thinks is a normal dog, but in reality runs a satanic cult in secret, brutally "dispatching" anyone who gets in his way. Just letting you know why some people might raise their eyebrows at that name.

Please don't think I'm telling you what to do, merely informing you of some freaky associations some people might make. Then again, how many "average" people are even aware of that "bloodbath" cartoon? You might get a stifled giggle from one person in a hundred, maybe closer to a thousand.
