I just posted this over on Instagram, and thought you guys might get a kick out of it too.
This is the inside of Gracie's harness, I think it's safe to say she sheds a bit.

That looks about right. It is important if you have a light colored animal to have a dark one as well to even out the effect of shedding. Light colored fabrics need love too.

Gracie is black & white so she does that herself, and Tucker's mostly black, with just a couple of little white spots on his chest. I've posted a few pictures of them in the thread, if you search or just go back a few pages you should be able to find them.

We took a little bit longer hike out in the open desert area at one of the parks we go to with just Gracie, and she I don't think she had the best time. First on the way out she stepped on a whole bunch of cactus thorns on the ground, which were a nightmare to get out. There was one that got really stuck and my mom had to use tweezers to pull it out.
Then on the way back, some kind of bug possibly bit her in the foot. I'm not sure what it was, I saw something on her foot, and she kind of shook it, and I thought it was gone, but then after a couple more steps I saw it again. I was just about to grab her foot to try and get it off, but that was when it apparently bit her, because she suddenly jerked her foot up, chewed on it for a few seconds before shaking it some more. She must have gotten it off at that point, because I never saw it again.

Poor girl! :( I hope she's OK!
