Does this movie sound familiar to anyone?

I tried IMDB, and google but didn't get the exact title I was after.

The movie is set on a planet with half the planet in daytime and half in night time, there are people on horses and cowboys but they also have spaceships as they have satellites and doctors with gloves instead of scalpels as the gloves can help open a patient and with surgery. It's not Firefly or related to that but has a kind of similar tone but darker.

That's the one...... The planet was tidally locked so had a permanent day and night side divided by a wall

It is not terrible, but neither is it good I just remembered it for the planet having a fixed day and night side and a wall separating the sides
