On the posters and end credits its Cho first then its all over the place for each movie with Pine and Quinto near the end

Surely it'd have been better to do it the previous way with Captain first, First Officer etc then the guest roles with the biggest name for the 'and' credit (as was with ST09)

Not especially.

Quickie blog posts as thread-starters, though - yeah, those are annoying, and I keep asking people not to do that.

Take some time with the idea -- flesh it out a bit, give it a definite direction to go in, instead of just throwing it out there half-baked -- and you might be able to make it into a decent topic for a TV & Media discussion thread.

As it is here, though? It's little more than a random thought, better suited to a throwaway Tweet or a status update on Facebook for people to skim over.

But it's not really a proper topic, so I'll just close this.
