Anarchy is not real....there is always a sense of someone being the central figure in leading the community. Anarchy only exists when a single person is the leader of their own community doing everything for theirself without any outside interference or interfering with another community.
The question is how can the same two black holes merging together into a single black hole generate more than one set of Gravitational Waves? Would the same two black holes continue to generate grav waves separately similar to how two cells
joining together would function as one but would create two networks of differing output function.
I would also have to think that a gravitational wave traveling through space time would be similar to how wind causes waves to appear on the surface of a body of water that along with tectonic plate movement would cause the curve in the ocean wave.
I would have to therefore suggest that when two black holes merge they would create gravitational plates that as the two plates or edges of the black holes move against each other that because both Black holes retain their mass that both masses would continue to interact with each from time to time similar to how a tidal wave is generated after an Earthquake takes place.
From what I learned from swamps is that unless the swamp has a continued fresh water supply that the swamp will remain stagnant and less life will be present. Rain will perturb the swamp agitating it somewhat that creates motion that then creates a force of resistance that plants and animal life will have to react against. Reactions from the plants and animals in resisting the force creates work and an increased in take of energy that then builds further systems in the plant and animal life allowing them to evolve. The more fresh water into the swamp keeps fresh oxygen coming in that allows all to thrive. The more fresh water means more agitation which in turns creates more available oxygen for the life in the swamp to
consume.
Two black holes colliding and generating a gravitational wave would be similar to the stream supplying fresh water and oxygen through agitation to the swamp. The gravitational wave, even though hardly felt will cause agitation in space time to take place across the regions where the distance from the event to the Earth took place thus causing an equal and opposite reaction in those regions to take place. Even just a minor shift of space time created by the collision of the black holes and the generation of the grav wave will perturb the equilibrium of planets just enough to allow for life to take hold and eventually evolve into sentient life forms.
I would also have to suggest that since Earth is located in the region of space time where the grav wav was detected and that Earth is barely a swamp but a thriving ocean that other planets within the range of the colliding black holes would also have sentient life on them or at least be habitable and in a state of coming out of an age similar to a bronze or iron
age.
Einsteins theories proved gravitational waves not theory but reality thus suggesting that his theory would also prove that life existed in the Universe in swamps.
