I think that's a pretty good shout actually. Hadn't thought that before but I think you've definitely got something there.

I think the shoulder pads and collars on the TNG uniforms made them look better in season 3 onwards. I wonder if a similar effect would occur with TMP.

For the record, I do like the uniforms from TMP. Not my favourite of the series, but I do like the thought and variety of not only the uniforms, but props as seen in the film.

Yes! See, i think the TMP uniforms would look fine with normal trousers and boots (maybe not quite so flared). Kate McCrae's jump suit is sort of half way between those two but lilac in colour.

I've also noted that Chapel wears the one-piece or medical scrubs in most of the promo shots. In this one she has the grey collared version, the beige version of which was worn by DiFalco.
