Does anyone know this uniform?

I was watching the fantastic "Our Man Bashir" the other day and noticed this guy on the left wearing a uniform in the Club Ingenue scene. Does anyone know to what organization that uniform is from? Also, doesn't that guy in the middle look like Jimmy Smits?

It's hard to make out the details on that screen cap, but I'd say it's probably a generic "Hollywood" uniform combining parts of whatever was hanging in the costume department and not meant to be any specific real country. They did this sort of thing for the original Mission: Impossible series frequently.

I'm pretty sure that's a cocktail waitress uniform.

Oh, I was looking at the wrong uniform. Yes, the one on the right is definitely the uniform of the elite Cocktail Commando Corps.
