Does anyone know how to contact the administrator of StarTrek.com?

I've noticed some mistakes in the StarTrek.com Database, such as spelling errors and wrong pictures but I can't inform anyone because there's no contact information anywhere on the website. Does anyone know the admin's email address?

I've tried the Submit a Question form several times, but I've never gotten any replies and none of the mistakes have been corrected. I've also tried the Star Trek Shop phone number, but it's always busy. Does anyone have any other ideas?

The people who administer the database and shopping web sites will likely not be responsible for the content. Perhaps you could comment via the Facebook or Twitter links and form a judgement whether anyone cares. If not, forget about it and get on with your life?
