Does anyone hope there is a British character/actor in the new series?

In the original series was Scotty, who was Scottish and a French captain Picard was playedby British actor Patrick Stewart. But there has been basically a British character or actor in every Trek series. I hope there is one in Discovery.............

At least four cast members are British. Issacs, Frain, Obi and the British Asian actor who is playing a klingon and whose name escapes me at the moment.

In TOS Mr. Kyle had a British accent as well, but was it legit or fake like Scotty's?
