Very first glimpse of the TARDIS, and the first appearance of the show itself.

I'm a sucker for a good TARDIS shot. The more classic the better and you can't get much more classic than this one. I love the TARDIS. I wish I had one in my backyard. It doesn't even need to work as long as it makes the TARDIS sound.

Yeah, he's pretty crafty like that. He and his brother renovated and built a guitar shop for their new business, and had some material left over. So, he built it one weekend as a novelty. I think he uses it for yard-tool storage and the like. It's pretty awesome...

What's cool about that picture is it looks just like where the TARDIS would be parked on the show, tucked in amongst the trees. And that looks like some sort of alien cactus plant in the front that'll probably reach out and try to grab Tegan when she steps out.

That is color, just dimly lit by the clouds. That's the only picture I have of it, but I'll ask him to send me some others.

Here he is with the blueprints to an actual Police Box. I had found someone selling the prints on eBay, so I got it for him as a Christmas present. He said he used slightly modified measurements from that print to build it...
