Do you have a book you love?

I was tempted to cite a Stephen King book because I love his work, but I'm not sure what book I would have cited- I like The Stand, the Dark Tower series, and The Eyes of the Dragon about equally. My favorite thing he's ever written though is probably "The Ten o' Clock People", I just think it's a near-perfect short story and it sums up whats so great about his writing in general. So I went for something highbrow and picked Metamorphosis.

To pick just one? Very difficult:wtf:

I also agree with The Stand, but I haven't read that in a long time.

I think the one I love the most is To Kill a Mockingbird. :)

And Trippy, I got Pride and Prejudice and Zombies as a gift for Christmas, and loved it! I always tried to get through Pride and Prejudice and couldn't, but this one I loved it!

To name just one is so difficult. I am a great lover of books! I must say that I find myself reading Alas, Babylon by Pat Frank at least once a year though. What a great read...

The Burglar Who Traded Ted Williams by Lawrence Block. I had always liked mystery novels before, but Bernie Rhodenbarr's good guy burglar made me fall in love with the mystery genre.
