Do you get carded?

What age do you look?

Just something I was wondering, do many people here frequently get carded for stuff?

27 and ya, I get carded. Usually in bars where they card absolutely everyone though.

Liquor stores and for cigs, very rarely. And I have no idea how old I look.

I don't mind being carded when I have my ID. Short of that, I usually use my goatee as my ID, it's got enough gray to pass for at least 40.

There's one store 'round here where everyone is carded, no matter what. Got stung by the feds too many times selling to minors.

My wife hates being carded. it's an inconvenience, a bother, a conspiracy, the world hates her...

One of those automated check-out machines "carded" me once for buying Sudafed. An employee walked over and hit the authorization without checking anything though.

I'm 25 and when I bought Fallout 3 they asked me if I was accompanied by an adult. I told the guy that I had accompanied myself to the store.

I'm 24, and am often mistaken for my 20 year-old sister's fraternal twin by persons who know only her of the two of us (even when they know she doesn't have a twin :wtf:).

I look my age, I just don't *sound* like it. My voice tends to throw people off. I sound older than I am.

I hate the sound of my own voice, to be honest. I sound like a 45-rpm single played at 33. I guess I'd make a pretty good Goa'uld, though. :p

I look younger...a lot younger. I can pass for a 18 year old and I'm 29. However, there were times when I actually didn't get carded.

me too. I get carded every once in a while. I'd rather look my age. I used to like it, but now it's just a bother.

Ha, it's not very often you'd hear a guy refer to his deep voice as a character flaw.

I have a deep voice, plus i'm from north Jersey, so you can imagine how I sound like. I've always considered it a plus.

I get carded in nightclubs since they card everyone as they go in. Last time I was carded was at the Ekka day races, they carded everyone then as well. The last time I get asked for id in a bottleshop was back in early 2006 when I didn't have my beard but since then I haven't been asked for id.

I'm 21, and I haven't been carded since I turned 19 unless it's in a place where they card everyone. I've always looked a few years older than I actually am.
