I guess I'm "agnostic" when it comes to the supernatural. I don't know either way, but I believe it's possible.

I'm pretty skeptical about the supernatural myself, at least as far as ghosts, demons, and spirits go. I've never seen any evidence they exist, even in so-called "haunted" places while deliberately trying to provoke them. Who knows, though? Maybe I'll see something tomorrow that'll change my mind.

Things like the Sasquatch and Nessie and other cryptozoological beasts, however, I'm far more open to. I wouldn't call them "supernatural", though.

Are you speaking of the occult/paranormal when you say "supernatural"? In other words, the negative forces? Or are you including positive forces such as angels as well?

It's bullshit. All of it. Humans have been inventing explanations for shit since we were able to communicate.

I believe in two things God and the devil.

Ghosts are just demons pretending to be dead people in order to fool us into thinking we can haunt places.

Aliens are most likely demons also, although I will concede that there may be other alien life out there, but I think it is very similar to us. God dont make monsters so I dont see him making the supposed Reptilians or greys that experiment on humans.

I dont believe in ghost or time travel or any of that stuff.

Shouldn't you say that you believe in three things - God, the Devil and demons? And what about angels?

I believe in the supernatural, but not any of this God stuff. I things ghosts and spirits exist, and I can sense positive and negative energies. If you're gonna buy a house, bring me and I can tell you if something bad happened. My mom has similar senses but has learned to evolve hers to include spiritual transportation, and she's also encountered spirits more often then I have.

Oh and I also believe in the concept of reincarnation.

Yes I do. Since some say the word "supernatural" proves it doesn't exist: God is perfect, and it would be imperfect to not exist. Therefore, God exists. (Sorry, had to do that!)
Booo! Jean-Paul Sartre is very disappointed in you. :p
You've made Descartes and St. Anselm very happy though. Charles Hartshorne is pretty stoked too.
Yeah, but they are ooold. Nobody can stand old philosophers. I always try to stay as hip as possible in my philosophical musing. ;)

I believe there is plenty out there we have not observed, recorded or explained yet. I doubt we've really even scratched the proverbial surface, in fact. Many of it may well be defined under what we call 'supernatural' or 'paranormal', however as someone already said, if it exists in nature, it is by definition, natural. So I vote no on that basis.

No, but at the same time, I don't blindly dismiss it as nonsense.

I don't really do beliefs. If I don't know/understand something then I don't feel compelled to assign "true" or "false" to it in ignorance. And while I might take a greater interest in one side over the other side (no pun intended), that's more to do with me exploring possibilities, or seeing opportunity for possibilities. I can be no more authentic.

However, I'm also imaginative and enjoy the supernatural.

This is much like me as well. The supernatural can be beautiful in stories and related imagery. :)

Not believing in something is not necessarily assigning a "false." More often, it is simply not assigning "true."

Indeed :bolian: but there is room for people to mean either when they say "I don't believe in...". I'm just being clear what I mean when I voted no.

I voted "no." I've had some weird things happen to me that I can't explain; but I've never seen, say, a coffee cup go floating around the room or something. If I saw something plainly unnatural like that, I might change my vote.

After a full day of Halloween Marathon, including books, magazines and DVDs, I've changed my mind. I do believe in the Supernatural.
