Do they have sequel deals?

Do all the principle actors have deals for (possible) sequels? I am sure that Pine and Quinto have sequel deals, but what about people like Pegg, Urban, etc?

My understanding is that the principals are signed for three films. I can't cite a source for that, it's just what I remember reading. What they mean by "principals" as opposed to who we as an audience would consider vital may differ.
