It wouldn't hurt them to have Favre in the lineup. At the very least he could mentor the young QB's they have, because they sure could use some help in this department. Other then the QB position the Vikes have a pretty solid team.

On one hand, as a Packer fan and a Viking hater, I'm kind of amused. Nice to see another team stuck with Favre's drama queen act. On the other hand, the whole thing is getting a bit old. The media attention here tends to drown out everything else.

How do you build for the long term if you have a small window of opportunity to be successful now? Or do you think Jackson and Rosenfels are QBs you build teams around?

The Vikings need a QB and Favre is better than the ones they have, but he's just going to flame out again like he did last year.
