The thing I hate more than anything is "Fakeness" and you see this pretty much all across jobs.
Hell Job interviews are a nightmare for me because I just absolutely hate this fake tango you and the interviewer are going through with just complete bullshit on both sides. "Why do you want to work here at this generic company nobody has ever heard of", "Oh boy my lifes dream was working payroll at this place I've totally heard of"
I just don't get why people say nothing "professionally" while they could easily communicate the point in much more natural language. "The synergy of the distruption with the core competency leads to out of the box bleeding edge thinking" UUGGHHHGH
