Who's the horse with the walkie talkie supposed to be and why is Goofy playing both Locke and Michael?

Personally, I would have made Scrooge into Locke (he displayed some really obsessive qualities in the old Barks' stories) and Black Pete into Ben

I first thought Scrooge was Locke, too. If you read under the image, apparently Goofy has an Australian cousin, which they chose to make Locke.

I wouldn't have realized Scrooge was Ben if I hadn't read the description. Perhaps if he had been bleeding.

I figured out Ben because his arm was in the sling.

It would have been better if the image had been from a specific season instead of a mixture of different seasons. Juliet with a sandwich = Season 3. Ben with his arm in a sling = Season 6. Sawyer in Dharma clothes = Season 5. The picture is all over the place. Plus, where the hell are Claire and Charlie?!
