I started to read Guards! Guards!, which sounded like a lot of fun, but I had trouble getting into it, for some reason. I plan on giving it another try eventually.

He has Alzheimer's but is still fairly lucid. He appears quite often on the BBC.

Yes, apparently Terry has a form of Alzheimers, however he is still writing new Discworld novels, possibly by dictation but I'm not sure...

The next few in the plan are apparently a novel about football at the university called 'Unseen Academicals', a final Tiffany Aching novel entitled 'I Shall Wear Midnight', and 'Raising Taxes', the third Moist van Lipwig novel. There are also rumours of 'Scouting for Trolls', but I don't know much about this one.
