...and is a cannibal
The correct term is 'carnist'.When did she eat human flesh?

Space Nero is a better fit. Or Space Caligula, since we've already got a Space Nero in Star Trek.I'm not sure "Space Hitler" applies here.
For one, Terran Empire wasn't her idea, it existed for centuries before her, and she was born and raised in a society where the things she did were not only normal but expected.
Naturally you have clear, unambiguous evidence to support this assertion?Your idea of popular and my idea are quite different. This echo chamber forum is no indication of what the general population think of the show. CBS all access are disappointed with the show, Netflix dont want it and only desperate trekkies are sticking with it, deluding themselves that its worth their time and money....
hopefully they learn a thing or two from netflix's marvel universe. at least they're announcing shows that are distinct from one another in a way netflix's marvel universe shows aren't.My opinion is that it'll end like Netflix's Marvel shows, burning itself out in a few years of overexposure. But for right now, TV Trek is riding high.
you say that now...This will be the first Star Trek series I don't even give a chance.
I didn't mention here - CBS commissioning not one but three confirmed new Trek shows (and potentially two more) off the back of Discovery's success is indicative. This echo chamber forum is no indication of what the general population think of the show.

I want this to be the anti-Star Trek.
I want to see the Emperor fuck shit up.
I want Yeoh at her best, killing people without remorse.
If you're going to give me a supervillain with a heart as the lead character, deliver on that promise. I want to see fight scenes like Banshee!
There's enough room for all types of Star Trek. They have 52 weeks to fill. Then don't call it Star Trek. BSG, to me, was the Anti-Star Trek series, also set in space on a ship.

Midnight Edge video incoming!!!Link?
Section 31 itself isn't a bad idea. The problem is that since its introduction everything and everyone shady and immoral in the Federation or Starfleet has become involved with or connected to Section 31. Some people can be douchebags without being part of a top secret black ops agency. There is nothing worse than Section 31
