There are some coincidental Tom Paris-nesses to Burnham but I don't see any similarity to Harry Kim.

- Harry seems ambitionless. Tillly knows she is going to be a captain one day. They both get to be captains in an alternate universe but Tilly is called Killy there. Case closed.
- Tilly is funny. Harry is sad in a 3 day old stale bagel way. You could eat it still.. probably.
- Tilly dances. Harry plays clarinet. Tilly may be in a musician phase, but Harry would probably cause that phase to end.
- Tilly gets high accidentally. Harry gets infected by a Taresian mind virus or something.
- I am able to visualize Tilly jumping on a trampoline and telling me how great I am. This does not work for me if I replace the image with Harry Kim.
She abandoned her hybrid salamander offspring she spawned with Tom Paris somewhere in the Delta Quadrant, without so much as a note or a child support payment.
Kim took the night shift to get command experience so he could work his way up once he was back in the Alpha Quadrant, and was assigned to the bridge. He seems to have more ambition than Tilly. Though I am not entirely sure your other points are serious...

Tilly is a dick. I kind of think she would fit in with Tom (dick Tilly) and Harry. When you look at her performance she wasn't much. She was an easy mark for Michael to scrape the drool off her chin to breach security. She knew Stamets had serious problems before others did and she did nothing of worth there either. Seriously what did she contribute? Oh she did say a swear word.
The only thing she really achieved was pretending to be a more empowered version of herself. She was the most effective when she wasn't being herself.
Tilly is a 4th year cadet. If they've overpowered her she'd be Wesley Crusher. I get you don't like her, but Jesus be fair.
The doctor transformed Janeway and Paris back to humans, why couldn't he do the same for their children? Why weren't the children mentioned at all, as if their fate didn't matter?
Something like:
Crewman: What should we do about the children?
Chakotay: What children?
Crewman: huh? Never mind...
By all means share what Tilly did that was note worthy.
She was the ship's captain in the Mirror Universe.
She was a junior member of the crew and a team player. She was consistently entrusted with duties above her station and acted as a social glue between the other characters, along with competently performing every task asked of her. Not everyone has to be the captain, action hero or genius scientist.
