I usually rank movies by "if i would go see it a second,third,fourth, etc time. I would definitely see this movie multiple times if the opportunity arose.

If i had to give it a letter grade based on seeing it once (and i would really like to see it more to give it a better assessment) i would give it an A or A-

There were definitely things in the movie i didn't like but IMO they didn't detract too much from the whole movie experience. The good far outweighs the not so good.
