Did The Sisko have a nemesis?

Of course - Dukat.
I agree with odo...Dukat was his nemesis and Kai Winn was a mini nemesis.
I thought Dukat was Kira's arch nemesis, shoehorned into Sisko's just for a typical hero vs. villain final showdown.

Contacting Kira just to inform her that her mother had been his concubine was a pretty dispicable thing.
The great Gul Dukat for sure...that's why he left the reservation to become an anti-prophet and align himself with the Pha-rates(sp)...

I think I've repressed the trauma of it all so my memories may be a tad inaccurate.

Sisko's has got to be Dukat..... the Nemesis has got to be someone you were waiting and waiting for a final confrontation with and What You Leave Behind was something I had been waiting for for years. Something that Waltz sort of set up.

I did see Sisko smile at Weyoun once though. It was the episode with the Cardassian defector. Sisko, Weyoun, and the great Gul Dukat were sitting at a table. Dukat refuses to have a glass of (poisoned) wine with Sisko...while Dukat is denying it's poisoned Weyoun grabs and gulps it down to Dukats horror..."are you insane" as Sisko smiles.
^ yeah, it was one of his "aren't you cute? wish you'd drop dead right there" smiles. laced with as much poison as he could muster. ya don't wanna be the focus of THAT smile. 
I'd say it was Dukat. at least, they both liked to think so from Day One (The Emissary) to Day Ultimate.
Dukat was way over Kira's head and she knew it. hence why she was always gnashing her teeth around him. she couldn't DO what she wanted to do to him (kill him on the spot: too complicated consequences for it), and he couldn't do what he wanted to do to HER (as someone put it so very delicately upthread -- bone her). but that's not nemesis material. a nemesis is formed when you're matched equally, not due to circumstances (as in Kira and Dukat) but in actual power. as such, Dukat was never really Sisko's nemesis until he became a pagh wraith. until then, it was in his mind AND Sisko's but not in reality.
oh, and weyoun was really damar's nemesis.
