Did Picard ever serve on a Starship Reliant ?

As far as I know, The Miranda class starship commandeered by Kahn, is the only Reliant ever mentioned; At least on film.

IIRC, Picard served most of his career on the Stargazer before the Enterprise. He was assigned there shortly after the academy. Q in "Tapestry" makes a comment that it was a young Lieutenant Picard that took command of the ship after the CO was killed. That incident led to him getting command of the Stargazer for it's long 22-year mission. Also, it is said in "Conspiracy" that Picard was one of the youngest officers to "make captain." Now whether that was the position or the rank is unclear, but Trek has mostly shown that those who captain starships hold the rank as well.

EDIT: According to Memory Alpha:

In a scene cut from TNG: "The Measure Of A Man", Admiral Nakamura recalled serving aboard the USS Reliant during his lieutenancy with the newly assigned Ensign Picard.
