Did Mestral interbreed with humans?

We were lead to believe that he was Earth for a long time. Several factors of seven if you're inclined to count that way even before the beginning of the 21st century. What were they doing and how long until there are no "pure" humans left on earth that they wouldn't be all alien?

Did Paxton's nightmare take root a hundred and 50 years before he was born, because at the very least I find it hard to conjure the idea most humans hadn't at least made out with an alien during their experimental phase at college since that whole gay thing was acceptable then days and rebellion had to find new forms?

Given that it bwas stated BOTH in Star Trek V and the ENT episode Demons that complex genetic manipulation was required to allow Vulcans and Humans to successfully interbreed (and in fact the method used by Paxton was found to be unsuccessful, resulting in the death of the 'Elizabeth' test tube baby); I'd say the answer is 'No'.

I don't know about Star trek Five, but I think you'll find that Phlox changed his mind about how impossible a Vulcan Human union would be in Terra Prime. It was actually the flawed cloning process which cause Elizabeth to die, because right at the end Tucker assured T'Pol that if she wanted him to put his leg over, he was more than up to the task.

Now someone needs to bring up E squared where they claim that Phlox needed to do some weird ass biofiddling to make Lorien come out all right.

Vulcans and Romulans are supposed to be very closely related, right? Does anyone remember Sela? Does anyone think that Romulan commander would have gone through any kind of trouble like that to have a child with a concubine? Or is it more likely that Sela was an accident?
