Pulaski was annoying at first and even later but she did come to change her attitude about Data and try to help him, she was also growing closer to Troi, Worf, somewhat Riker, and it could have been interesting to see more of a relationship with Picard also develop. But Crusher was still a better character.
Did anyone else feel uncomfortable with Dr Pulaski?

I didn't mind Pulaski's interaction with Data. Coming from having been through all of TNG and all of Voyager it's easy to just assume that all artificial life is automatically considered sentient. From a perspective of season 2, nor the audience nor the general population has been convinced as such. That's why Measure of a Man was necessary. And Pulaski was even won over about Data toward the end of her stay.
