That is the character's name, not the name of the episode.

'Wesmohr' almost sounds like 'Westmore', her last name..

The thread title was getting into "WOLVERINE director search down to 8" territory, so I've taken the liberty of tweaking it.

Is there a significance to highlighting "The First Duty" on the windows? Will this episode have some relevance to the series? Questions, questions....

Almost 15 years after the doomed rescue mission to Romulus. That would place the series in or around the year 2402, twenty-three years after Nemesis and thirty-eight after Season 1 of TNG.

Yeah 20 years after Nemesis stated last year was said before they probably had any scripts, so it’s not surprising that it changed.

There's also this photo which appears to confirm that Picard retired in 2386, the same year that was on the Chateau Picard labels in the trailer.

Since Romulus was supposed to have been destroyed in 2387, it doesn't seem to quite match up? Do we count a printed description of a wine bottle as canon?

Maybe whoever wrote the description based the year purely on the label...

We still don’t know if retirement is related to Romulus in anyway. Could be completely unrelated

There's a fuzzy line between where the films end and TV begins by virtue of Alex Kurtzman and his merry band of Bad Robot minions who have used CBS as a way to extend their job security after the film franchise ran out of steam.

CBS hired Alex Kurtzman. Alex Kurtzman didn't beg them for a job. But I don't expect the facts to sway the anti-Abrams crowd.

This new article confirms that the destruction of Romulus plays a part in the PICARD show...
    https://ew.com/tv/2019/07/18/star-trek-picard-storyline/
... and it didn't go well....

"... Picard is “haunted” and older but fundamentally remains the same character. “There are many things that haunt Picard,” Kurtzman teases, adding the ill-fated Romulus mission is just one of those things...."

They are also not ruling out appearances by former Next Gen Characters.
