Deep Trek Knowledge

I meant to say name the pet or type too.
Spock - sehlat (spelling?)
O'Brien - tarantula and cat
Data - Spot the cat/s
Picard - Livingston the lionfish
Quark - corvan gilvo
Artim - palm-pet (??)
Archer - Porthos the beagle

Worf & Martok: targ
Kruge: mutated dog thingy
mirror Kira: Benjamin Sisko

Uhura, tribbles
(lots of other crew, but we don't know their names)

Zimmerman's Iguana in Voyager? Not a real iguana, but then, not a real person, so don't know if this counts.

Just hit me:

Isis for Gary Seven (does she count as a pet, since she was more than a cat?)
And Barclay's cat Neelix
Kirk had a dog in Generations, can't recall the name.

Another Trek knowledge test:
Name as many characters with pets (aliens too) that you can.

That Cardasssian who interrogated Picard-his daughter had a wombat

Kivas Fajo-had an alien pet in his collection. Data too if he got his way

Kahn- bugs

Wesely Crusher- Nanites

I say Pike had a 'pet' horse. I know people would argue that horses aren't pets. But the Talosians supplied him with sugar cubes in his pocket to feed it. So I think his horse (can't remember its name) went from working/riding animal into pet designation.

Actually, it was a ferret or something similar. A wombat is a stocky, somewhat large Australian marsupial that looks like a cube shaped teddy bear.

I think the Cardie animal was called a wompat or very close to that. Definitely played by a ferret though.

It's not a pet, but I always loved the gunji jackdaw on DS9 played by an emu with a little prosthetic on its beak. :D

Some horses are working animals, others are pets. Pike's horse would fit the definition of a "pet."

^So true, you had to say it twice. (Happens to all of us. :) )

I was going to ask if any questions are still active but I guess they're all open ended.
