Deck Plans V: The Not-So-Final Go Around

Looking them over in more detail, I like the placement of the aft torpedo launchers, one of the locations I thought of using also, until it became airlocks. (actually on the level above, but still too close.)

One thing I might suggest is making a scale bar to stick next to each image. :)

CRA: I don't know what happened on your end, but I saw the animated gifs just fine before you removed them. Cute pic, though!

If you're running on a slow connection you can change the quality settings or right-click and select 'reload image with full quality' sometimes slower connections turn off the animation to save load time.

Okay then...

^ Breaking the deathgrip the Franz Joseph plans seem to have in some folks' thinking with regard to the internal workings of the Enterprise.

As well as answering the age-old quiestion, "where the hell is Engineering?"

I am so glad to see this project has gotten back on track, however I can't shake off the feeling that the train may derail once again.

(No harm intended or implied, just making a joke.)

( /\ Or makes people terrified to even post in them like myself. I prefer to stay out of the arguments. Nice work though. Would like to see more. I was not here. )

CRA, when I can I want to look over your work in greater detail, but right now at just a glance I have to say it looks pretty damned nice. Well done.

Lets not go there been there read the argument over and over and I don't really care no one is wrong here its just different interpretations on a fictional vessel Franz Joseph has his Trek universe as Captain April has his and I have mine and they are all subject to interpretation.

Your Milage May Vary

^ That statement is both untrue and unfair, as has been amply documented on this BBS.

He took no more liberties with onscreen material than you have -- given his methodology of making exterior conform to interior. And he had Matt Jefferies to comment on his work.

IMO, you would be better off letting your work speak for itself and not going back to bashing others. After all, you have no control over what he did or anyone's perceptions of it -- only over the work you produce.
