"Deadpool" and "Ride to Hell: Retribution" out tomorrow

I'm waiting to see reviews, but both titles sound intriguing:

Well, the developer for Deadpool, High Moon Studios, exclusively makes shitty to mediocre licensed games. It's going to suck.

As for Ride to Hell, the developer of that, Eutechnyx, has a list of recent credits including such hits as Big Mutha Truckers, Pimp My Ride, and, the sequel that people wanted even more than Chrono Trigger 3, Big Mutha Truckers 2.

I've watched a walkthrough of Deadpool and it actually looks pretty good. The combat gets a bit repetitive after awhile, but the cutscenes and general humor makes up for it.

But what little I've heard about RtH makes it sound laughably bad.

I am absolutely loving Deadpool! It helps that I'm a huge fan of the comics of course.

The action and handling is completely serviceable, I'm terrible at the combos but that's my fault not the game's. The story and dialogue is absolutely hilarious! There's nothing I love more than a funny game (Portal, Bulletstorm, Fable) and this one is laugh out loud funny. It's also full of X-Men continuity references! From the actual comic books!

It is a pretty short game though, I think I'm already 3/4 done and I've been playing it maybe 4-6 hours.

I finished Deadpool. It is a short game but it's a ton of fun! It's extremely funny! The action was pretty repetitive though, you basically fight the same five classes of soldier the entire game and the settings get extremely monotonous. I was surprised that the vast majority of the game took place in Genosha rather than traveling more around the Marvel Universe...
