I am slightly suspicious of the circumstances of the cat's death.

First of all, i find the idea of my fellow Dutchman and the reactions in this thread funyy...

Second:
The cat got hit by a car.
The owner/artist was in mourning for about 2 days, then thought he wanted to do something special with the deceased pet, so he put the body in his fridge where he kept it for about 6 months.
And i'm pretty sure people have done weirder stuff with animal skins...
