Daniel Craig has exited Sgt. Rock. Reason is unclear but it sounds like a scheduling thing. I didn't even know he was in. Thought it was just the director's hopeful casting since they worked together before.

Looks like a mix of the Michael Turner design and the New 52 version. While I have problems with it, could have been worse, could have had that crotch-triangle.
 
At ComicsPRO, DC and Marvel announced their first new inter-company crossover in over two decades, which will be released later this year. Two issues, Marvel/DC (published by Marvel) and DC/Marvel (published by DC).

Not that I recall. He's fought a few psychic villains and hasn't been shown to be impervious to their powers.
