Thai newspaper The Nation reported that police believe the actor took his own life, and preliminary investigations found that he hanged himself.

Shocking and so sad news. Can't believe it.

It is too early to know for sure he died accidently, intentionally or from foul play. If someone wanted to murder him (for whatever reason) this would be the perfect way to cover it up. No one would want to investigate something like this further than the obvious.

I'm not trying to perpetuate a "he was murdered!" conspiracy so no one jump on the bandwagon. It's too early to tell exactly what happened yet, that's my point.

Last night I was thinking about the work of his father John Carradine, and then thought of David and his respective career, about how much they've contributed to our movie and television culture, and then I have to read this news. This is terrible. May he rest in peace.

I believe The Mentalist has an episode with him in it next week. I don't watch the series but I did see a commercial with Carradine guest starring.
