David Carradine has died

David Carradine will be missed and his work will be long remembered. Kung Fu was one of the most influencial TV shows of my childhood. RIP Mr Carradine.

Thai newspapers have reportedly published a photograph of Carradine's body as it was found in the hotel room. The photograph evidently shows his hands tied above his head, which is fueling the theory in some quarters that he was actually murdered. If the rope was tied in such a way that he couldn't have tied it himself then I'd say it's more likely that it was an occasion of accidental death during a sex act, but that that he wasn't alone and that whoever was with him panicked and took off.

The latest reports I've seen are that it's apparently easy to tie your own hands up if you are into this sort of thing. I haven't seen the photo and don't plan to go looking either but from the expert I read interviewed they said it was easy to tighten the rope by raising your hands and then loosening it by using your teeth.
