Data's Sexuality

I guess the second part of the question is, what happens when Data has an orgasm? Does anything come out? Does he start shuddering like a Model T Ford?

This is a question I've had about Data since the first time I saw "The Naked Now." Does Data ejaculate after a certain point and go flaccid? What is his refractory period? Does he even have one? How long is Data's stamina? Or is Data able to manually control all of that?

Had Denise Crosby not left the show, would the producers & writers have had Data & Yar get back together as a way for Data to learn about human relationships & intimacy?

Actually voicing these questions makes me wary of being banned by moderators or something...

Does he have to use a little Allen wrench to swap bits like a power drill?

MAYBE "Spot" morphed into a gorgeous woman, ala Isis when Data was in his room alone with her. Just one android's little secret.
Since a half second can be an eternity for an android, maybe Spot morphs into a replica of Tasha for those long winter nights.

This thread is an interesting read. By all appearances and things shown on screen, when Data chooses to exercise his sexuality, he is hetero.

Of course now he is canonically dead, so perhaps the better question should be "what is B4's sexuality?"

If any being in the STAR TREK universe should've embodied IDIC and all that it stands for, it really should've been Data, when you come right down to it. I mean, yes, he's intended to mimic Human behaviour, but in terms of actually having a Computer's brain, it's easy to speculate that "he" would want to investigate ALL variances of any experience he was mimicking. Whenever he tries anything new, we only see him taking one approach towards it and that seems very contrary to me. If something interested him that much, he wouldn't be "finished" with it, until he'd exhausted every possible outcome. That's how I envision an android mind, at any rate ...

Why does Data so desperately want to be human and not Vulcan, Klingon, Bolian, etc.? Where does he get the idea that humanity is the pinnacle of sentient beings?
