Damon and Elena as a couple (Vampire Diaries)

Let's stay these two do get together one day. How do you see them as a couple?

Ugh. NO! Damon is an ass. I thought good of him until this season...absolutely NO Damon & Elena. Stefan is the guy who genuinely cares for her...Damon's feelings are more shifty because of the history with Katherine...he has fooled himself into loving Elena...seriously Kat & Damon equal perfect...they are both horrible.

[edit] To answer the question...I see Elena trusting Damon but Damon never trusting Elena...he has already proved this...he wants to treat her like a helpless little girl. Ugh.

Eh, the big three don't do much for me, I'm far more partial to the rest of the characters like Bonnie, Caroline, Alaric, Katherine and alot of the guest stars

So is VD really that good? I checked out the first episode and bailed after 15 minutes. I'm not the Twi-hard type and I'll never be able to care whether some girl chooses one pretty boy vampire over another so I figured this show wasn't for me. But I've heard since that it evolved pretty quickly into a more interesting, mythology-rich series. Worth giving another chance?

I enjoy it well enough, and yea, there is a pretty rich mythology and the arc goes at a pretty nice clip. Sure, it's got alot of Teen angst in it, but, if you've stuck with Smallville (have you?) you should enjoy it well enough. Took me about 5 or 6 episode to decide if actually liked it (Fortunately, they were playing reruns of the first 10 episodes, at the rate of 2 per night for an entire week, before they aired the second set of 10 episodes, so, I was able to pretty much watch the first 10 back to back, which was probably easier than waiting a week in between each episdoe until it got going.

Ohhhh noooooo...could never hack the teen angst...maybe that's a sign?

Oh well, plenty other stuff to catch up on.
