Thanks to soy.. I got back to this projects.
Below you will find a update to the side view of the ship. Also the size of the ship. Right now each deck is 15 Feet. The main part of the deck is 9 feet with the rest for Pipes/Jefferies Tubes.

The Nx and the Daedalus are to scale.

Also I have posted the Plaque and Patch. I am still working on the New Graphic User Interface (GUI). You can see the wip Here

Please let me know what you think . :D

It's funny, but they show the NX as being at least twice as long as the Daedalus in most official trek referance books.

Looking at the STE they show the Daedalus being only about 300 ft long!

It's fine by me, I think they assume the Daedalus to be smaller than it should be and the NX larger. Though the large size of the NX is somewhat official I suppose.

Please tell me what books so I can look at it. You said the STE..I am guessing you mean the Encyclopedia. 300ft would be too small. That would be about half of the NX. 300 meters would sound right. If it was 300 meters...That would convert to 984 feet.

Yes, the Encyclopedia (page 687). It doesn't have the NX, but the Daedalus is shown to be about 3/4 the length of the TOS-E saucer (which is about 400 ft long/wide). It seems to be shown to be the same length as a DY-100. ST:TheMag also picked up on this.

I do not know why it is shown this big, but...

The length of the NX is fairly well known from various magizines and so forth.

Frankly I like your size better. My design ethic has always been: make it as big as it logically should be, not to slavishly fit it to some random, pre-existing numbers.
