After rewatching this month, I kept thinking that as much as I love their characters, I think it would be dangerous to serve with Data and Worf. Picard had to do a strong job of balancing each of their nuances.
Data- Every so often, something went wrong, and Data was not a good little android. I personally would fear the guy. I have this motto, "if your pet can kill you, it should not be your pet." I would apply it here- "If your Data could kill you, he may not make a good friend." I happen to like his positive qualities a great deal but man, he would make me uneasy every time we went near a nebula, or some crystal entities were around.
Worf- His first reaction is always to blow shit up. Thinking first and acting after does not seem to be in his lexicon. He makes me nervous for this reason. All Klingons cannot be like this because they are not shooting up the skies. He is like an underchecked Id.
So, if you beamed me up, I would be leery if these two were on my bridge.
