I think my daughter might have subconsciously drawn inspiration from him
I have a favor to ask. If anyone here is familiar with the Britcom "Keeping Up Appearances," I would appreciate some feedback on a fanfiction story I've just completed.
I regard this as first draft, as it's still not quite up to "post it online" standards yet. My eventual goal is to post it on a couple of the fanfiction sites I belong to. As it's fanfiction, of course no profit can be made from this, and I wouldn't even try.
What I hope to get from anyone here who might want to read it now is whether the plot makes sense (keeping in mind that this is a quirky comedy that doesn't always make sense to normal people but does when you know how odd some of the characters are). Does it seem true to the characters? Is the resolution satisfying? How could I improve it?
