Sorry if this seems like a silly question, but I don't have any computer forums I post at regularly so I thought I'd ask here.
Running Outlook 2007 at work, some years ago I started an email distribution that BCC's a large list of customers, all individually listed. It started out with just a handful, but it has grown over time to a slightly unwieldy number. Every time I send out an email to that distribution, afterwards I have to go into my sent items, copy that list out of the BCC field, do a reply on the email, then paste the list into the new BCC field.
The problem is that when I'm out of the office, nobody else has access to that list because it's all in BCC. Is there any way I can select that large group of emails and tell Outlook to create a new distribution list? I know how to start from one from scratch, but that would mean manually entering every contact's email and I just don't want to do that unless absolutely necessary.
Is there any thing in Outlook that will do this from the BCC list?
thanks
