Creating an email distribution in Outlook question?

Sorry if this seems like a silly question, but I don't have any computer forums I post at regularly so I thought I'd ask here.

Running Outlook 2007 at work, some years ago I started an email distribution that BCC's a large list of customers, all individually listed. It started out with just a handful, but it has grown over time to a slightly unwieldy number. Every time I send out an email to that distribution, afterwards I have to go into my sent items, copy that list out of the BCC field, do a reply on the email, then paste the list into the new BCC field.

The problem is that when I'm out of the office, nobody else has access to that list because it's all in BCC. Is there any way I can select that large group of emails and tell Outlook to create a new distribution list? I know how to start from one from scratch, but that would mean manually entering every contact's email and I just don't want to do that unless absolutely necessary.

Is there any thing in Outlook that will do this from the BCC list?

thanks

I always hated Outlook, so much so I'd strip if from my XP installations over the years.

That said, my work is forcing everyone from Lotus Notes to Outlook (probably 2007), so I'm interested in questions like this that can help me learn to use the bloody thing.

This tutorial describes how to create an Outlook distribution list from an existing email. Hopefully, that will work for you. :)

Close, but not quite there. I can copy the emails and put them in the "add members", but it's grabbing the "show as" name, and not the actual email addresses for some of the people. The problem is my "message options" dialog box doesn't have the "internet headers" field, so I can't grab that pure data.

It's closer than I've yet to find, so thank you for putting me on the right track. I'll keep playing with it and see what I can do.
