Second, one of the screenwriters of the movie say they consider the novels canon and reads them all the time.

Look, I'm sorry. But I can't stand it anymore.
I almost died when I read this outline and I can't keep it to myself any longer. It's just too sad.
DESTINY: An Overview
The android Questor and the original Dr. Dylan Hunt (Genesis II) travel to the past and kill Paladin, thereby irrevocably changing the future as the gunslinger is the ancestor of 100% of the people you've seen in canonical Trek. Only Wesley Crusher's intervention as a Traveller prevents TITAN and ENTERPRISE from being affected by the ensuing time shift.
The two crews quickly weld the ships' hulls together and, with Wesley's help again, go back in time to kill Hunt and Questor before they can kill Paladin.
Unfortunately Vale falls in love with Questor and Hunt, driven mad by rejection as well as proof that time travel is real, kills everyone on Enterprise (and nearly everyone on Titan) singlehandedly. That's the plot of the entire second novel.
This leaves Will Riker scant seconds to explode the double warp cores in a last ditch effort to kill Hunt. Vale, in an attempt to stop him, kills Troi, Ree, Tuvok and Huilan AND destabilizes the explosion such that the ship is shunted back in time again, taking everyone along.
This time Questor and Hunt fight Questor and Hunt for the privilege of killing Paladin but the squabble allows Paladin to get the drop on two of them. Now, instead of being killed by Hunt and Questor, he's killed by Questor and Hunt.
Vale, finally realizing her error, kills the remaining Hunt and Questor, assumes the role of Paladin herself and becomes the progenitor for 100% of popular Trek characters after falling in love with Wesley. She has two hundred children, all of which he instantly teleports to some random planet where they are raised by kindly childless farmers.
Turns out Wesley was the big villain. He developed a crush on Vale and set all these events in motion to remove competition. Even his own children have to go.
Star Trek, all Star Trek, after Destiny will simply be referred to as WESLEY.
No, the different books will not be numbered nor will they have different subtitles. Just Wesley.
1. Not saying. I'm trying to strike a balance that serves the needs of the story.Man of Steel said:
On a more serious note, I have a few questions for David:
1) Which series will feature more?
2) Who will be the main/key players?
3) Any MDK's?
4) Will this whole storyline shape the future of the other series down the line?
4) Is either Q or the Borg or any familiar villians involved at some point?
5) Where can I find a synopsis?
