I've got a question. Why did they have to infuse Data's memory into the B-4 android? I thought that by that time, Starfleet had all the diagrams to rebuild Data after Nemesis.

What's the deal with that?

But they were never successful in realizing a positronic brain, were they? So they might have been able to build the body of an android, but never a functional brain.

Yeah, I think Data's daughter was something of a fluke - even though she was made by Data himself. Soong must have had some major magic to make three of them (that we know of).
