So we now have four (?) distinct holograms on Picard's ship (sorry, Rios's ship)
EMH - Emergency Medical Hologram
ENH - Emergency Navigational Hologram
EHH - Emergency Hospitality Hologram
EDGH - Emergency Drunk Gunner Hologram (do wonder what the official name for this hologram is.. )

Did I miss any? Which one is your favorite? How many more of them will we get? Any of them hold a candle to The Doctor?

not to be a wet blanket, but i don't like the holograms in this show. they're all annoying and it raises too many questions about synthetic labor the series would be wise to ignore so it can focus on androids.

Oh I dunno, I think it's a clever way to have a "crew" for the ship, each with their own personality while only having to pay one actor to play them all.

it's... cute. but i find it detracts from the crew we're supposed to be getting to know. and i like santiago cabrera a lot, but his acting choices with these characters have me scratching my head.

I think after that interview, we can definitely rule out Rios being any kind of Hologram.
