Attractivness is a matter of perspective, just beacuse person A doesn't find person B attractive doesn't mean person C won't be attracted to person B.

There is nothing wrong with being shy

There is nothing wrong with not having a lot of muscles, some prefer brawn over muscles

Nothing wong with having pimpels

As for a lack of personality/charisma perhaps they just need to be asked and given time to warm upto you.
