Costume Revealed - BBC Breakfast 8:45 Tomorrow!

I'm sure two thirds of GB will think its fine, While the other third will be "OMG! MOFFAT HAS DESTROYED DOCTOR WHO! I SHALL NEVER WATCH AGAIN!!!!"

Work is going to suck tonight. But at least now I have something to look forward to when I get home!

The question of how GBase will cope isn't so much how will its members react, but how will the actual *site* cope - it doesn't have dedicated servers like OG did, so a frenzy of posters could crash it for a bit.

Well, I checked in there around midnight UK time, and they had almost 500 people online in the Spoiler forum according to the stat meter...no problems getting into the forums at that time. So far, so good. According to the "most users ever online at once" blurb, they were at 1214 at 5:21pm UK time today.

Raises hand...QFT, brother.

Now I'm up until abt. 4am ET US time, because I'm off tomorrow, so I may as well just tough it out.

I'm such a sad and needy Whovian. LOL

I have the morning off so im good, but im gonna need some sugar to survive tomorrow.

Ill probaly load a few websites (BBC Press website for starters) at 5:58am and refresh that a few times, if not I will have to wait for BBC Breakfast.

^ Eeeeee, it's so exciting! It's like waiting for the birth of a baby. Well, maybe not quite like that, but still!

Is it time yet, is it time yet? :D

ok so nothing on the web as of 06:03, but that was always unlikely, have to wait the full 2hours & 45 minutes I guess

*starts to stream BBC One to his computer, anything is better than Sarah Kennedy*

DWM's Ben Cook just Twittered:

"Hey, I'm on the BBC Breakfast sofa tomorrow morning @ 8.45-ish (BBC1) to talk about... well, guess! :P Love a bit of live TV. Watch me yeah?"

Damn, I hate having a job!
he had better mean the costumer or alot of people are going to be very annoyed

so any bets on what pop song will be played during Tennant's final "Confidential" ?

It never fails to amaze how many British movies and tv shows LOVE to put a pop song somewhere.

Notting Hill and Bridgets Jones are some of the worst case offenders

ok that confirms it, Breakfast just said (something like) "first look at Matt Smith as the regenerated Time Lord" which is a long way of saying "the first picture of the 11th Doctor in costume"
