Cost to Remaster an Episode ? Question for production .....

Question for the Production people at the studio : What did it cost to remaster an episode ? Are they still working on remastering the episodes ?
What does it cost to remaster an Episode from the sound effects to the special effects ? Why do the ships look a little " crystal like and reflective" ?
Some episodes must cost more to remaster than others ?
