I really haven't gotten into the new stuff. I guess the newest thing I played was Halo on XBox, but the last system I got was N64. I also liked regular and Super Nintendo, as well as Game Boy Advance.

As for favorite games, Zelda, Mario, Various sports games, stuff like that. I guess the most violent game I've ever played might be Doom but that's so old fashioned compared to today's standards.

I also have Game Boy Advance with two games (Metroid, which is hard has heck, and Super Mario 3, which is including the original Mario Bros.)

Always been a Nintendo fanboy, but Final Fantasy brought my to Sony, which I'm pretty fond of nowadays as well.

Fave games (big on RPGs):
Final Fantasy (have 'em all, so take your pick)
Zelda (again, any one of 'em)
Chrono Cross and Chrono Trigger
Dragon Warrior (Dragon Quest as they call 'em now.. again long series)

As for non-RPGs... love Gran Turismo series, Mario Kart series, SW:Battlefront... and I'm sure there are others I'm forgettting

I'm not into all these fancy photorealistic (aka. brown and gray) FPSs that seem to be plaguing the newer consoles and PCs. I don't care for the non-games on the Wii either (pretty much any game that starts with the word Wii).

I'll play and enjoy practically anything, but I'm mostly a classic gamer. I love Megaman, Mario, Sonic, Ninja Gaiden, Streets of Rage, Castlevania, Zelda, etc

Anyway, I currently own all 3 consoles of this generation and a DS Lite. I haven't used my 360 for anything but Rock Band for months, only use my PS3 for Bluray movies and the occasional demo and the Wii isn't even connected to the TV at the moment

The last console I owned was a Nintendo 64. We unplugged it to make room for the DVD player probably almost a decade ago, and since I found something new to become addicted to, I never bothered to hook it up anywhere else. Although I don't think there was anywhere else I could've hooked it up to in my parents' house. I think it's sitting in my closet somewhere.

I was always a Nintendo guy; before the N64, I had an NES and Super NES. I was mostly fond of action/adventure games like Mario, Mega Man, Donkey Kong Country, etc.

The game that has definitely gotten the most playtime is Sonic the Hedgehog 2. That was the first game that I got hooked on and it made me a Sonic fan for life.

Recently, though, The Orange Box on the 360 is the game that I would have to say is my favorite. Loved the original Half-Life on PC and the Half-Life 2 saga, plus Portal in The Orange Box made it the best $60 bucks I spent on the system so far. Now if they could only give us some news about Episode 3.

We have a 360 and a Wii in the house, though we don't own either - both on long-term loan from friends. We mostly play sports games (NBA Live '09, FIFA '08, Brian Lara International Cricket '07 variously in rotation).

I have Civilisation and FM08 for my Mac too but I don't play much in the way of computer games. I'm tempted by The Sims 3 just now though.
