Confirmed: Isis was NOT Victoria Vetri

According to the episode's call sheet dated Friday, January 5, 1968, the female (new) atmosphere player -- as she was identified -- was on the set at the same time as Lansing, Shatner, Nimoy, and Garr. One or more of these actors should know her name. ;)
Don't count on it.

Can you name another episode/scene?

Sure.
The Apple, one of the Vaalians: 1
Mirror, Mirror, guard on the bridge: 1
I, Mudd, one of the guards in auxiliary control: 1
Journey to Babel, hanger(sic) deck guard: 1
Friday's Child, landing party guard: 1
Trouble with Tribbles, various scenes: 1, 2
Spock's Brain, "outdoor" scenes: 1
The Enterprise Incident: 1

Isn't he the guard that got the goofy happy face when somebody zapped him unconscious? Can't recall the episode, dammit...

I first noticed this guy back in the eighties when Gary Seven stunned him and he did that weird grin! I find it strange though that an extra that appeared in so many episodes of Star Trek is still unknown even in this day and age! :wtf:

He played a security guard so often, I bet the costume department knew his name, and had it sewn into his shirt.

... or someone picking up a little cash by working as an extra...

Heck, according to George Takei, Shatner didn't even remember his name when they worked another job together a few months after shooting "Where No Man Has Gone Before."

And if you look at 3:07 in this video of the press conference for STV, it sure looks like Shatner blanks on Walter Koenig's name and simply introduces him as "the gentleman who plays Chekov."

So yeah, names don't seem to be the guy's forte. ;)

I mentioned that a few months back, Jonny and Chekov tells him, Shatner, that it's Walter Koenig with a bit of a huh! A friend of mine called Scunner always thought his name was Shanter and until he caught me sniggering once carried on and on! But to this day he still calls the creator of the zombieverse, George RaMeo!
