I can assure you, it's certainly not German. To me it sounds Polish. In the video info it says "In Tehbak-Sprache, mit deutschen Untertiteln." [In Tehbak language, with German subtitles]. Now, I'm not sure what the Thebak language is, but I found this. Teh'bak seems to be some kind of fantasy language.

In the description it says it's Tehbak. No idea what that is, but apparently there's a whole Tehbak Nation online.

Reminds me of that movie Shatner did in Esperanto, heh.

ETA: Googled it. Looks like it is a sci fi inspired made up language. Never heard of it before...
