Comics you would like to see that will never happen?

Wadjda

Commander
Red Shirt
Grant Morrison comic with offbeat art following around a bunch of Ferengi as they have adventures in alternate dimensions/time travel/weird planets.

I get it but it's pretty far from being anything particularly concrete. Just Grant doing Grant type stories.

But it's still a rule that we have to follow. You would be OK if you just said you wanted to see a Ferengi centric comic by Grant Morrison, but you can't get that specific.

I would have loved to have seen the comic Star Trek: Starfleet Academy continue back in the day. I was particularly interested in T'Priel's arc.

There are two series that I wouldn't mind seeing. One would be Star Trek: Starfleet Corps of Engineers. Hell, they could adapt the stories that are already in place. Second would be Star Trek Enterprise. This, to take place following the end of season 4. I like where the books have gone.

I would've liked to see Marvel's Early Voyages book continue, as I liked their version of Pike's era. I picked up the series as back issues, but I skipped the last couple because of the change of artists and the unresolved cliffhanger. Fortunately, the Yeoman Colt/time travel storyline works well as a series finale.

And anytime Mike W. Barr writes Star Trek is fine by me.

There was one issue revolving around Starfleet Academy in the new JJverse ongoing series.

What if Captain Picard has dreads

What if Georgi was just messing with the crew and that he was wearing an oil filter over his eyes ("It's ok, you can get changed in here, I'm not wearing my Visor")

What if Captain Kirk was really vain and that was a rug

Titan.

Also, I would like to see Enterprise comics that take place after the show and do something different than the novels. As much as I like where the novels have gone after Christopher started writing them, I would prefer the comics do their own thing. Basically, like a season 5 (and beyond) in comic form.

I'd actually like to see the comics create a new series. The novels can do it, as evidenced by New Frontier, Titan and Vanguard. It certainly would be nice to see a visual continuation of the Prime timeline other than games.

I'd like an all-new comic book-only ship and crew in a series set 10 years before TNG (the return of the first season uniforms--including the "skant"--and the dustbuster-like hand phasers). I could see a younger Picard in the first issue, but I rather it focus on its own characters and pre-TNG mission.

More Early Voyages would be very welcome.

Yes, more Early Voyages. And Captain Sulu, there's way too little Captain Sulu out there. Seriously, Captain Riker has his own novel series, why has Sulu only two or three novels (and some audio dramas from way back when)?
